Master 3D Gauge, Master Cam & Verisurf Software
The new addition of these great pieces of equipment give us many expanded capabilities. We can now design, toolpath, and CNC our own parts as well as parts for others with all processes being done in house. Data points and planes can be pulled from existing parts to generate baseline locations for designing a complete part in Mastercam. Verisurf allows these parts to then be inspected for machining tolerance and quality control after manufacture. Combining all three gives us the ability to completely reverse engineer and modify almost any existing part out there. We employ this setup for digitizing and toolpathing our cylinder heads for 5 axis CNC porting. This system is extremely fast and accurate, allowing us to stay on the cutting edge of performance technology.
RMC/Nikken 5 Axis rock&roll table upgrade
This Industrial production quality 5 axis upgrade to our RMC V30 gives up arguably the most rigid and accurate Cylinder Head Porting system being used by the automotive aftermarket. Combined with the software and 3D Gauge, we can adjust the machining of the ports and chambers in a cylinder head to match exactly with that head's seat and guide centers. Holding to a machined accuracy that far exceeds the industry standard, we can provide our customers cylinder heads that have all components and machined areas matched to the highest level.
