Make sure there is no more than .001 press fit between the sleeve
& the reamed hole. Use
epoxy or green Loctite Sleeve Retaining Compound to retain & seal the
sleeve especially if the hole is larger than the sleeve. If the sleeve is
larger than the reamed hole either
polish out the hole with a cartridge roll or polish the outside of the
sleeve in a drill press or lathe. |
